It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we’re delighted that Microsoft has chosen Keira McIntosh to represent Australian Microsoft Partners to their global Small and Medium Business team for the third year running.
Every year Microsoft selects about 20 people from around the world to represent partners who look after the SMB market. These individuals are known as PALs. PALs are chosen based on their successful community-engagement activities and their knowledge about technology, business, market opportunities, and the Microsoft Partner Community.
PALs provide feedback to Microsoft so they can ultimately provide better solutions for you, the customer. Our close relationship helps us to acquire additional knowledge and skills which benefit us and you.
We’ll be attending the Microsoft Worldwide Partner conference to ensure we're aware of the best solutions on the market for our customers.
The PAL role gives us direct access to Microsoft Executives to ensure we understand Microsoft's strategy and roadmap allowing us to advise customers how to take advantage of new technologies and products.
