Sales Consultant – Lead Generation

Brisbane, Qld

Are you a sales professional with proven sales and lead generation experience? Based in the Brisbane CBD we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales/Lead Generation Consultant to join our team.

About this role
The key responsibility in this role will be generating qualified leads for our managed services offering, targeted at small and medium businesses. There is no closing of the sale as all information gathered will be recorded in our database and passed on to the sales manager. Your job is to speak to business owners and executives about our offering and perform a detailed qualification of each lead. You must be confident talking to business owners and decision makers and discussing their business and the value of our services.

What will you be doing?
Working closely with the sales manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Calling warm and cold leads from our database
  • Appointment setting and coordination for the sales manager
  • Verifying contact info and continuously updating our database
  • Accurately qualifying leads
  • Managing your sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Working closely to targets with KPI’s on number of calls made and appointments set each week

What we need from you
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who want a professional sales career moving into field based corporate sales. You will have at least 2 years inside sales business to business experience.

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated person who has:

  • High volume outbound lead generation and/or sales experience
  • Sales experience with business to business services or products
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, well organised and able to work well in a small team environment
  • Confidence in speaking with business executives essential
  • Ability to demonstrate consistent sales results in previous roles

Systems Administrator

We are expanding rapidly and need talented systems administrators to help us continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role offers you the opportunity to advance your skills through technical and customer service training. It’s a fun, fast paced work environment where you’ll be supported by an enthusiastic, professional team. We provide opportunities for regular training for all staff as well as the opportunity to gain additional industry certifications.

You’ll be working a group of corporate clients and be responsible for proactively managing their networks and providing professional support. You’ll also be involved in running projects including Windows Server and Exchange deployments, server virtualisation and migrations.

Desktop Support

As part of this role you will identify system issues and implement changes to resolve them.

You should be a problem solver, skilled communicator and an expert in Desktop Support. This is a structured environment where you will be working closely with others and expected to take initiative.
