Inside Sales Consultant – Lead Generation
Are you a sales professional with proven inside sales and lead generation experience? We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales/Lead Generation Consultant to join Brisbane CBD team.
Key responsibilities in this role include the lead generation for our managed services offering, targeted at small and medium businesses. No closing of the sale required and all information gathered will be passed on to outside sales resources and collated in our CRM database. You will however be required to perform a highly detailed qualification process of each lead. You must be confident in talking to business owners and decision makers and discussing their business and the value of our services.
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated candidate who has:
• High volume outbound lead generation/sales experience within the IT sector – essential
• Previous managed services sales experience – highly regarded
• An understanding of small and medium business operations – highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Self-motivated, well organised an able to work well in a team environment
• Strong customer service ethic and able to build and maintain relationships

Systems Administrator
Brisbane, Qld
We are expanding rapidly and need talented systems administrators to help us continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role offers you the opportunity to advance your skills through technical and customer service training. It’s a fun, fast paced work environment where you’ll be supported by an enthusiastic, professional team. We provide opportunities for regular training for all staff as well as the opportunity to gain additional industry certifications.
You’ll be working a group of corporate clients and be responsible for proactively managing their networks and providing professional support. You’ll also be involved in running projects including Windows Server and Exchange deployments, server virtualisation and migrations.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- 5 + years industry experience
- Industry certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields of study highly regarded
- Initiative and project planning skills
- Be comfortable solving problems and documenting processes and workflows
- Skills in writing monitoring sets and scripts – highly regarded
- A current Qld Driver’s License to perform occasional onsite work
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

As part of this role you will identify system issues and implement changes to resolve them.
